Located across the street from CU Boulder, this former fraternity houses student residents,
classes and offices for the Dayspring Center in Boulder. The site includes a spacious parking
lot, basketball and volleyball courts, and large lawns for recreation and lounging.
Common areas in the building include a living room, dining room, chapter room with a big
screen tv and games, and restrooms.
All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and chest of drawers, and have cable tv access
and a telephone jack for local phone calls. High speed wireless internet is available throughout
the building, with two multiple-port areas for direct connections to the internet.
1715 Aurora Avenue
The Westminster House is Dayspring's unique venture with the college ministry of the First Presbyterian Church of Boulder, The Annex. Residential priority is given to Annex students, and the house features meetings and events sponsored by The Annex. The Westminster House features a communal kitchen, meeting rooms, tv room, large basement recreation room, and volleyball court. The house is located across the parking lot to the west of The C.S. Lewis House.
985 16 th Street
This former fraternity house is located at the corner of 16 th and Euclid, and less than a block from the University Memorial Student Center at CU. The house features several large common areas, and a courtyard and basketball court.
1058 13 th Street
Dorothy Sayers House is Dayspring's venture in faith-based student housing for the ADX Christian sorority. Priority for rooms is given to ADX members. The house, located less than a block from the commercial Hill area west of the CU campus, features meetings and events sponsored by ADX.

Residents shall seek to maintain high standards of integrity in all areas of life, including interpersonal and community relationships, academic work and Christian ministry. They shall seek to live an exemplary Christian life, practicing respect and concern for all people, honesty, and appropriate behavior toward other residents and visitors. They shall refrain from the following anywhere on Dayspring premises: explicit immodesty, pre-marital sex, acts of homosexuality, use of pornography, smoking of tobacco products, storing or consuming of any alcoholic beverage, storing, consuming or otherwise using any illegal non-prescription drug.

Note =
Meal plans are optional at the Westminster House and Dorothy Sayers House. Students in these houses may participate in community kitchens, or sign up for meal plans at the C.S. Lewis House or Rivendell House.
